🚀 Building Stratagem: My Goals, System Features, and Why I Need a Growth Co-Founder
Hey everyone! My name is Abheejit Deka. I’m 15, and I have spent the last few months architecting and building Stratagem Workspace Engine—a state-aware development environment and compilation studio designed for indie creators, developers, and web-fiction writers who need to manage massive projects without running into AI context loss.
I have handled 100% of the backend engineering, Python pipelines, and local database routing myself. Now, I’m ready to share my goals and find the right partner to help take this to the next level.
🎯 My Goals for Stratagem
Short-Term: Finalize the responsive UI layout, stress-test the local data-logging terminal, and launch a closed beta testing group.
Community Growth: Build an active, hype-driven Discord server and social media presence filled with indie builders and creative writers who want a better workspace tool.
The Long Game: Accumulate a solid user base over the next three years, continuously optimize the system architecture, and officially register Stratagem as a corporate entity the moment my partner and I both turn 18.
🧠 Core Features I Have Already Built
Persistent State Environments: Tracks active project logic, code blocks, and world-building variables seamlessly across user sessions so the AI assistant never experiences context drift.
Local Mock-Testing Safe Mode: A deterministic simulation engine that entirely isolates live networks during UI adjustments, styling updates, or routing tests. This lets us test changes endlessly with zero token costs and zero live API billing.
Modular Asset Workflows: Treats character profiles, lore items, and technical data sheets as dynamic variables. Updating a master record automatically auto-compiles and scales that reference across the entire project script instantly.
Obsidian-Style Telemetry Console: A dark-themed workspace with integrated script text areas, system file paths explorer, and a direct Layer 4 diagnostic log terminal tracking project metrics in real time.
🤝 Why I Am Finding a Partner (Age 15–18)
My strengths lie deep within data architecture, code optimization, and logic systems. However, a great startup requires more than just clean backend code. I am actively looking for a Growth & Marketing Co-Founder around my age because:
I lack outreach reach: I need someone who loves building distribution channels on TikTok, Instagram, and X to get our platform in front of users.
Community Architecture: I need a partner who can manage a community, design clean visual promotional assets, and talk to users to gather beta feedback.
The Split Deal: I am offering a 10% Equity stake and a 20% Profit Share model (after a 50% deduction to keep a robust company fund for cloud/server bills).
Note: Since we are minors, this entire contract structure remains a written handshake agreement of mutual trust and will legally activate into corporate actions when we both cross the age of 18.
