• Provide accurate age verification through Aadhaar
• Have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Not have been previously banned from the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and truthful information

4. Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Is sexually explicit or promotes violence
• Impersonates others or spreads spam
• Violates the privacy of others
• Promotes discrimination or hate speech

5. Verification Requirements

To post content and access certain features, you must complete identity verification with Aadhaar. Failure to verify within the deadline may result in account restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By posting on TeenFounders, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

The TeenFounders name, logo, and platform features are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of TeenFounders is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Results from using the Platform
• Security against unauthorized access

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeenFounders and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeenFounders from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
